The SUNSET VILLA has 3 bedrooms with king-size beds and thus space for up to 6 people

We will welcome you to the villa on the day of your arrival, or the following day by arrangement. We will explain important information about the villa and, if you wish, about Gialova and the surrounding area. Your contact person will also be available by phone for any questions or concerns. We will also bid you farewell before your departure.

The SUNSET VILLA is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, a kitchen with modern appliances and an open-plan living area, a Smart TV, a private sauna, two terraces, the main of which offers a cozy outdoor dining area, and a private plunge pool. The communal pool can also be used free of charge.

The nearest natural beach is a 3-5 minute walk along the main road. The nearest beach with amenities is in the center of Gialova, a 10-minute walk or a 4-minute drive from Zoe Resort.

Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking for guests.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible hours, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.

In this region of the southern Peloponnese, we rarely find addresses with streets and house numbers. For Gialova and our SUNSET VILLA, it's best to use the coordinates of your navigation system or Google Maps. The villa is one of the six Gialova Hills 6 (GH6) villas, located on a hillside overlooking Navarino Bay.

The spectacular views and magnificent sunsets are worth every step. The Sunset Villa is located on the top of three levels on the right side of the GH6 complex. There are 99 steps to climb, unfortunately, there is no other way. The entrance to the villa is on the top floor. Inside, a staircase leads to the middle and lower floors.

With a numeric code. After a successful booking, you will receive your personal access code for the SUNSET VILLA shortly before your arrival. It is accessible via a numeric code and keypad. Therefore, there is no need to keep an appointment for your check-in. We will visit and welcome you on the same day or the following day, by arrangement.

Our final cleaning fee for the villa is €180 and is automatically added upon booking.

An intermediate cleaning is provided for stays of more than 7 nights.

If you would like an additional interim cleaning, this can be arranged and is to be paid for directly on site.
